Our Guarantee. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with one of our publications, you may return it to us within
30 days of receipt for a replacement, refund, or credit, whichever you wish. Guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges. If your order
is defective or damaged in transit, please call us so we can arrange free UPS pick-up.
All other returns must be in saleable condition and returned to our office by traceable
means (such as UPS) with a copy of the original invoice. We cannot be responsible
for returns that are lost in the mail, which is why we suggest that you use a tracable
shipping method. Except in cases of damaged or defective products, return postage
is your responsibility.
CD-ROM returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee except in cases of damaged
or defective products submitted for exchange.
DVD and video returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25 per cassette or disc
except in cases of damaged or defective products submitted for exchange.
Sales Tax. Applicable state and local sales tax may
be collected as required by law.
Shipping. Within the US we ship via standard UPS (3
to 5 business days) unless you require faster delivery. For international delivery

Prices and Discounts. Prices rarely change, but may
change without notice. Discounts apply only to orders you place directly with us
and cannot be combined. If your order qualifies for more than one discount, the
greatest discount will apply.
CME Processing Fees and Times. We process CME applications
within two business days of receipt.The current application fee for SDMS-approved
CME activities is $39.50 per application for the original purchaser and $49.50 for
all other users. More than one person may use our printed CME products. CME activities
on CD-ROM are limited to the licensed user. Processing fees seldom change, but may
change without notice.
Application fees help to defray the costs of scoring, processing, recording, reporting,
and maintaining an auditable file of your CME applications and tests.
Your CME application will receive the personal attention of a CME specialist who
can advise, counsel, and assist you with special needs and requests. We provide you with a certificate of proof for your records and maintain our own meticulous record of the CME credit you earn through Davies.
