Janet Heard is Operations Manager at Davies Publishing Inc. A graduate of Berry College in Georgia and a former teacher, Janet oversees the daily operations of our offices in Pasadena, including customer relations, order fulfillment, accounts management, and financial reporting. As the senior member of our office staff, having joined Davies in 1986, Janet has been an instrumental participant in our growth and development.
