1. How do I find a specific product on the Davies website?

You can browse all of our products by using the navigation menus located at the top of the page.

If you know the title, author, ISBN, or Davies catalog number of a specific product sold by Davies, but don't know how to find it, there is a simple solution for you:

1. Click "Product Search" in one of the top navigation menus.

2. Fill in at least one product search field.

3. Click "Search Products" to view your results!

Don't see the product you were looking for? Click "Search Again" and repeat steps 2 and 3 above.

2. How do I register to become a Davies customer?

Becoming a Davies customer is easy:

1. Click the blue "Sign In" arrow in the right column.

2. Enter your email address into the "New Customer?" box and choose a Password. Retype your Password for verification.

3. Click "Register Now" and complete the registration form.

3. How do I sign in and out of my Davies account?

To sign in to your Davies account:

1. Click the "Sign In" arrow on the right side of the page.

2. Enter the email address you originally used to register with and your password into the "Returning Customer" box.

3. Click "Sign In" to finish.

To sign out of your Davies account, simply click the "Sign Out" arrow located on the right side of the page.

If you can't remember your password, enter your email address into the "Forgot your password?" box and click "Submit" to have your password emailed to you.

4. I'm already a registered Davies customer. How do I view my account and order history online?

As a registered Davies customer, we keep a record of all of your orders placed online with that account.

To view your account and order history:

1. Go to the "My account" menu on the left side of the page and select "View Account" from the drop-down list.

2. If you are already signed in, you will be taken directly to your account page.

3. If not, you will be prompted to sign in to view your account page.

From your account page you can view, add, and edit your address book and account information, view your order history, and track shipments.

5. How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

You can browse all of our products by using the navigation menus located at the top of the page. To search for a specific product, click "Product Search" in one of these menus.

When you find a product you want to purchase, simply click "Add To Cart" and the item will be added to your shopping cart.

After adding an item to your cart, you will be taken to Your Cart page. Here you can edit item quantities, delete items from your cart, or proceed to check out and purchase your items.

Click "Keep Shopping" to go back to the previous page.

1. Find the product you wish to comment on.

2. Click the product image to view its details.

3. Click the orange "Click here to comment on this product" link located at the bottom of the product description.

4. Enter your email address and comment into the form and and click "Submit."

8. How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost is based on the total price and weight of your order and on the shipping method you choose. During checkout we will show you exactly how much it will cost to ship your order from California to the shipping address you provide.

A handling fee of $1.95 will be added to all shipments.

10. What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

If you would rather not enter your credit card information, you may choose to pay with a PayPal account. With PayPal you can pay securely using your stored payment information. Pay with a credit card, bank account, or your PayPal account balance. Registering with PayPal is safe, free, and easy.

Alternatively, you may select Call Me from the Other Payment option if you would prefer not to pay for your order on our website. We will call you within 2 business hours (Monday through Friday) to confirm your order details and payment options.

At Davies, your privacy and security is very important to us. We do not store your credit card number in any form, ever.

11. How do I use a Davies Gift Certificate or Coupon?

At the end of the checkout process you must select your payment method. If you have a coupon or gift certificate, enter the code into the "Coupon or Gift Certificate" field located on the page, and click "Make Payment."

Do not enter your credit card information on this page if you wish to use a Davies Gift Certificate or Coupon. Your total will be recalculated and this page refreshed. Then you can enter your method of payment.

12. What are your return policies?

If your order is defective or damaged in transit, please call us so we can arrange free UPS pick-up. All other returns must be in saleable condition and returned to our office by traceable means (such as UPS) with a copy of the original invoice. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail, which is why we suggest that you use a traceable shipping method. Except in cases of damaged or defective products, return postage is your responsibility.

CD-ROM returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee except in cases of damaged or defective products submitted for exchange.

DVD and video returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25 per cassette or disc except in cases of damaged or defective products submitted for exchange.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
